2025

Eureka Lightweighting Call

It is the development of new generation aluminum alloys with high specific strength, lightweight and recyclable for civil aviation, space and automotive sectors. Our project scientifically optimizes alloy design with computational material engineering technologies; provides powder production with ultrasonic atomization method; includes production and characterization processes with selective laser melting. We develop innovative, value-added and high-performance solutions that provide competitive advantage in domestic and international markets with advanced engineering, R&D and P&D power.

2024

Tübitak 3501

Among aluminum alloys, Al-Si-Mg/Cu alloys have a significant share and importance. This alloy group is produced by casting, plastic forming and heat treatment processes and its use in additive manufacturing technologies has been increasing in recent years. Within the scope of the project presented by ALUTEAM, it is aimed to develop candidate and alternative alloys for use in additive manufacturing technology by providing consultancy activities. Er, Nb and Ag additions to Al-Si-Mg/Cu alloy will be studied as development metals. After the alloys are developed, they will be produced in a laboratory environment and their material properties will be characterized.

2024

Tübitak 1507

Our company has successfully completed the "Development, Production and Characterization of Refractory Alloy Element Additive High Entropy Alloy" project within the scope of TUBITAK 1507 - SME R&D START PROGRAM. The project aims to meet the need for high strength alloys for high temperature engineering materials for turbine engines, from aviation engine components, and to develop candidate and alternative refractory alloy element added high entropy alloys for the currently used nickel-based super alloys. The project, which has completed Phase-1 by examining the refractory alloy element contribution to the NiCrCo based alloy, also aims to develop additive manufacturing applications.

Gaz atomizasyonu ile laboratuvar ölçeğinde bakır, alüminyum, çelik, nikel, dökme demir tozu üretebilmekteyiz. Özellikle ticari toz kalitelerinin dışında müşteri ihtiyaç ve beklentilerine göre üretim imkanımız bulunmaktadır.
PREP ile üretilen paslanmaz çelik tozu. Küresel tozların eldesine imkan sağlar. Toz üretim tekniklerinden olan PREP yüksek küresellik ve saflıkta toz üreten tekniktir. PREP yöntemine bağlı olarak Ultrasonik atomizasyonda benzer kalitede toz üretemine imkan sağlar. 316, 316L, 304 gibi paslanmaz çelik tozu görüntüsüdür.
