Gaz atomizasyonu ile laboratuvar ölçeğinde bakır, alüminyum, çelik, nikel, dökme demir tozu üretebilmekteyiz. Özellikle ticari toz kalitelerinin dışında müşteri ihtiyaç ve beklentilerine göre üretim imkanımız bulunmaktadır.

PREP ile üretilen paslanmaz çelik tozu. Küresel tozların eldesine imkan sağlar. Toz üretim tekniklerinden olan PREP yüksek küresellik ve saflıkta toz üreten tekniktir. PREP yöntemine bağlı olarak Ultrasonik atomizasyonda benzer kalitede toz üretemine imkan sağlar. 316, 316L, 304 gibi paslanmaz çelik tozu görüntüsüdür.

Computational Materials Engineering

With Computational Materials Engineering technology, temperature-dependent thermodynamic, thermokinetic, thermophysical and thermomechanical properties of engineering materials are calculated by analyzing them in a numerical modeling environment, based on the chemical composition ratios. Thus, based on the chemical composition; Material properties are predicted with internal structure and process information.

This modeling method, based on the CALPHAD (CALculation of PHAse Diagrams) methodology, is used in the global market in defense, aerospace, automotive, medical, energy, casting, plastic forming, additive manufacturing and more sectors.
